    Visitors not allowed in the guest room
    Outside food/drinks not allowed in the hotel.
    Valid government-issued photo address id is mandatory for all the guests.


    Standard Cancellation Policy

    For FIT Reservations
    • Free cancellation21 days prior to arrival.
    • 25% retention charges apply for cancellations made 15-21 days before arrival.
    • 50% retention charges apply for cancellations made 8-14 days before arrival.
    • 100% retention charges apply for cancellations made 7 days before arrival.
    The cancellations policy may change during the year end holiday season, festive dates, long weekends or any other time at the discretion of the resort and will be specified in your reservation confirmation voucher at the time of making your reservation.


    Check-In & Check-Out Time (Also if day use check-in / check-out is allowed)

    Check-In Time: 1400 hrs & Check-out Time: 1100hrs.
